CASE STUDY: The power of an Innovative Snack and effective display execution

  • Client: Retail chain
  • Market: Europe
  • Product: High protein snacks in 4 flavours (Paprika, Pizza, Cheese, Sour Cream & Onion)

Goal

The objective was to introduce a new product – High Protein Snack – as a healthier alternative to chips, increase brand awareness, and test its sell-through potential via promotional display stands.

Approach

Clean composition & functional pack

With its high protein content and convenient snack format, it addressed the needs of health-conscious, on-the-go consumers.

A flavourful product range

The product was launched in four flavours: paprika, pizza, cheese, and sour cream and onion.

Strategic positioning

To maximize visibility and impact, the snacks were presented on cardboard display stands in selected retail locations. The campaign lasted 7 days and relied on eye-catching in-store exposure.

Outcome

Just 3 days after launch, 52% of the stock had been sold. By day 7, the sell-through rate reached an impressive 85%.

This result confirmed the product’s strong market appeal and demonstrated the effectiveness of using display stands to support the launch of innovative FMCG products

Consumers’ opinions

A great alternative to CHIPS🔥– they have nearly three times less fat and as much as 29% protein content. The ingredients are based on peas, rice, and lentils.🌶️
